How To Stream on Multiple Days Using the Same URL

Use a multi-day event to keep one viewer link across 1–7 consecutive days. This works well for events with several sessions or breaks.

Create a multi-day event

1. Create your event in the EventLive app or Broadcaster Console.
2. Set the scheduled start date, time and time zone.
3. Select Multi-Day and enter the number of days.
4. Complete the payment or credit step shown in your account.
5. Share the same event link for all sessions.

Add days to an upcoming event

Before you go live, open the existing event’s date and time settings, change its number of days and save. If an additional payment is needed, complete it to keep the event published. The amount shown in your account applies; additional-day pricing can depend on your plan.

If the event has already started or is past, contact support before changing its duration.

Your streaming window is based on your event’s scheduled start time and number of event days. It does not begin again when you first go live or reconnect.

• You can start up to one hour before the scheduled start.
• A one-day event accepts new streams until 24 hours after the scheduled start.
• For a multi-day event, the end of the window is the scheduled start plus the number of days selected. Self-service events support 1–7 consecutive days.

Do the days have to be consecutive?

Yes. The duration covers consecutive 24-hour periods from the scheduled start. Breaks and days with no streaming still count. For example, sessions on Friday and Sunday need a window covering the time in between.

Recordings and testing

Your viewers keep using the same event page. Check its replay settings and storage availability when planning access after the live sessions. Use a separate free test event to rehearse.

For more than seven days or a long uninterrupted stream, contact support with your schedule so we can confirm the setup.

Important: changing the schedule after streaming

The system will not let you change the event’s date and time once you have streamed to its link. If you ran a test stream to your live event link and want to reset your event, please contact support. We can reset it for you so you can update the date and time as needed. For rehearsals, use a separate Test Live event.
