Give every family a front-row seat, with recital tickets sold on your studio's own link.

The auditorium fills up fast, and grandparents, cousins and parents working late still want to see their dancer on stage. Stream your recital to one link, sell tickets to faraway family, and keep the money in your studio's Stripe account.
Sell a single show, a two-show day or a whole recital weekend. Every option works on the same studio link, and payments go straight to your Stripe account.

What a ticket costs you: EventLive's fee is US $1.50 per ticket plus Stripe's card processing fee. With a fixed price, you can add the fees at checkout so families cover them. PPV fees explained
No app, no account, no meeting link. Grandparents open the link in any browser, and the player casts to the TV with AirPlay or Chromecast, or opens on a smart TV with a short code at evt.live/tv. Their ticket goes with them. Watching on a TV

From the tiniest ballet class to the senior solo, every number streams to the same page. Families who stepped out to the lobby can catch up on the replay as soon as the show ends.

Put your studio logo and a recital photo on the event page, and embed the stream and ticketing on your studio website. Parents see your studio, not a streaming brand.

A phone on a tall tripod at the center back of the auditorium catches the whole stage. Working with a videographer? They can stream a wide and a close camera through OBS or an ATEM over RTMP, and you can send them go-live instructions without sharing your login. How to go live using RTMP

When the curtain closes, the event page keeps selling. Families who missed the show buy the replay at your ticket price or a separate replay price, and dancers point themselves out on screen the next morning. Prefer live only? Turn the replay off. About replays

December brings winter showcases and holiday ballets with several performances. Stream each one on its own link, or run a multi-day event so a single pass covers the whole run.

Create an event in the EventLive app or Broadcaster, add your studio logo, connect Stripe and set a ticket price, then share the link with families. On recital day, put a phone on a tripod at the back of the auditorium and tap Go Live, or have your videographer stream over RTMP. You can run a free test at dress rehearsal.
Turn on Sell Tickets and connect your studio's Stripe account. Families buy on your event page through a secure Stripe checkout, and the money goes directly to your Stripe account. See how to sell tickets.
You set the price. Most studios on EventLive charge $10 to $30 per ticket, and $20 is typical. Some offer a lower price for a single show and a higher one for a weekend pass.
Yes. An event accepts streams for 24 hours from its scheduled start, so both shows can go live on the same link, and one ticket covers both. If families should buy only the show their dancer is in, create a separate event for each show.
Yes. Add a password, ask viewers for their name and email before they watch, or make the event invite-only so only the families you invite by email can watch. Selling tickets also limits the stream to people who bought one.
No. They open the link in any browser on a phone, tablet or computer. To watch on a TV, they can use AirPlay or Chromecast from the player, or enter a short code at evt.live/tv in the TV's web browser.
Place the tripod at the center back of the auditorium, raised above the audience's heads, and frame the full width of the stage so no dancer is cut off at the edges. Test the shot during dress rehearsal with the show lighting on.
Yes, if the replay is on for your event. Ticket holders can rewatch it, and new buyers pay your ticket price or a separate replay price. A Live-Only event has no online replay.
Yes. Add their email in Guest List & Invite, and they can watch without buying a ticket.
A ticket plays on one device at a time. If it's opened on a second device, the first one pauses, so families watching in two homes need two tickets.
EventLive is priced per event, with no contract and no subscription required. Each event credit covers up to 24 hours of streaming with unlimited viewers, and multi-day recitals use more credits. Ticket sales add US $1.50 per ticket plus Stripe's card fee. See the pricing below.
Competitions run all day across several stages and divisions. See live streaming for dance competitions.
Set up your recital, share the ticket link with studio families and test the stream at dress rehearsal.
