Does EventLive work in any country?

You can share an EventLive event link with guests in other locations and timezones. A reliable connection and access to the event page are important for both the broadcaster and viewers.

EventLive does not restrict any country from accessing its viewing links. You can share your guest event link with viewers in any country.

Test from the locations that matter

Internet providers, local networks and regional restrictions can affect whether a page or stream loads. We cannot guarantee access on every network or promise that a VPN will never be needed in a particular country.

1. Before the event, run a test stream.
2. Ask guests in the relevant locations to open the test viewing link on the network and device they plan to use.
3. Check live picture and sound, not just whether the page opens.
4. If it fails, send support the event or test link, device, browser and what happened. Avoid waiting until the event begins to check overseas access.

Guests do not need a broadcaster account or the EventLive app to watch. Depending on the host’s settings, they may need a password, an invited email address, their name and email, or a ticket. Contact the host if you do not have the required access details.
