Can Guests Download Event Videos?

Guests can download a recording when the host allows it and the file is ready. Some events offer free downloads; others sell a download separately from viewing access.

Free guest downloads

The host can enable Download for Guests in the event’s Privacy Settings. Eligible viewers can then use the Download option on the event page. Private-event access requirements still apply.

Paid downloads

A viewing ticket alone may not include a video file. Check your purchase and use the email you used at checkout. A download bought for a selected day may cover that day only, rather than the whole event.

A Live-Only event can offer a paid download after the event even though online replay is disabled. The host chooses the available options.

Download a file

1. Open the event link supplied by the host.
2. Complete any access/email step and, if required, purchase a download.
3. Choose the available download or day file and save it to your device.

If the download is missing

• Ask the host whether downloads are enabled or sold separately.
• For paid downloads, check the purchase email and included day.
• If the event just ended, the file may still be preparing. Refresh later; there is no fixed waiting time for every event.
• The recording may be unavailable if it was removed or its storage period ended.

The host may share a download link directly. If you need help, send the host the event link and what you see. Get the host’s permission before sharing the saved video with others.
