How To Unpublish or Remove a Stream After the Event

To stop guests watching an event, choose the action that matches your goal: hide it temporarily or delete the event.

Unpublish an event

Open the event’s Privacy Settings and use Unpublish Event if that option is available. Unpublishing hides the event from viewers while keeping it in your account. Check the event’s settings and publication status before making it available again.

Delete an event

Open the event and choose Delete Event, then read and confirm the warning. Download any footage you want to keep before deleting. Do not rely on support being able to restore it.

Will credits be returned?

Credits can be returned for a published, upcoming, non-test event that was not created through a subscription. The number reflects its event days. Events that have already streamed or do not meet those conditions should not be assumed to receive credits.

If you only want to change the video, use Manage Video instead of deleting the entire event. Contact support before a destructive change if you are uncertain.
