How to Download the Guestbook

You can export the guestbook through your event’s download page when that option is available.

1. Sign in to the EventLive app or Broadcaster Console as the host.
2. Open the event and choose Download & View Stats when shown.
3. Select Download Guestbook and save the exported file.

If the option is missing

Check the host account, whether the guestbook is enabled and whether the event has reached its post-event status. An archived or unavailable event may not show the same controls.

There is no fixed 24-hour wait after every event. Video processing and guestbook export are separate. Contact support@eventlive.pro with the event link if you cannot access the export.
