How To Cancel a Scheduled Live Stream

If you no longer need an upcoming event, you can delete it from the EventLive app or Broadcaster Console. Check that you are deleting the correct event before confirming.

When does deletion return credits?

An unlocked/published event that is still upcoming can return its paid event-day credits, provided it is not a free test or an event created through a subscription. A multi-day event can return more than one day’s credit.

Do not assume a credit will be returned for an event that has already streamed, is past, is unpublished or was included in a subscription. If you are unsure, contact support before deleting it.

How to cancel

1. Open the event.
2. Choose the delete event option.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm only if you want to remove the event from use.
4. Check your account’s credits afterward.
