How do Event Credits Work?

You can buy credits in packs and use them to unlock events, which can save you money if you plan to stream more than one event.

Using credits

If you have enough credits when creating an event, they can be applied automatically and the event unlocked. Check its published status as well as the remaining balance.

Each consecutive 24-hour event day uses one credit. A two-day event needs two credits. Choose the required days before the event begins.

Buying credits or one event

Review packs in the Broadcaster Console; business options commonly include 5, 10, 25 or 50 credits. Use the current price and currency shown.

You do not need a pack for a single event. Create it and choose Publish to review a purchase if credits or a subscription do not already cover it.

A zero balance after purchase

A credit may already have unlocked the event. Check the event before paying again; zero remaining credits does not necessarily indicate a failed purchase.

Unused credits

Purchased event credits do not expire under EventLive’s event-credit policy. Returns for cancellations depend on event status and how it was covered. See How to Request a Credit for an Unused Event.
