What Does the EventLive Unlimited Subscription Include?

An Unlimited subscription lets eligible accounts cover events during an active subscription period instead of purchasing each separately.

Sign in to the Broadcaster Console and open plan/subscription options. Check billing period, price, currency and terms before subscribing. You can also consult the pricing page.

Subscription access is different from event credits. It does not mean an unlimited balance of transferable credits or permanent recording storage.

If the plan is missing

1. Check that you are in the intended EventLive account.
2. Refresh after purchase.
3. Contact support@eventlive.pro with the account email and purchase reference. Mention any different checkout email.

Ask before paying again and never send full card details.

Large or unusual events

Ask support to confirm applicable viewer-hour allowances and additional charges for a large audience or unusual schedule before committing.
