How to View the List of Guests Who Opted In for Reminders or Signed the Guestbook

A name on the list does not always mean they watched
A guest can appear as invited before visiting. Where available, status labels distinguish a page visit, joining live and watching a replay. Use these labels rather than treating every listed email as an attendee.
Why the viewer total is different
Viewers who do not supply identifiable details can contribute to aggregate viewing statistics without appearing as a named guest. The guest list and viewer statistics answer different questions.
Collect details for a future event
Before the event, open Privacy Settings and enable Require guests to enter their name and email to attend if appropriate. This does not retroactively identify anonymous viewers from an earlier event. Ticketed and invite-only events have their own entry requirements.
