How to Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password or want to change it, you can reset it HERE or by using Forgot Password button in the app.

Please make sure to use the same e-mail address as you used to register / create your account / event. If you reset your password and cannot see your event in the app, you probably used a different e-mail address or Sign in with Apple / Google to create your original account / event.
