How To Change the Email Address Associated with Your Account

You can update your account email from your profile. Keep using the same sign-in method you originally used while making the change.

1. Sign in to the EventLive app or Broadcaster Console.
2. Open your profile and select Update Profile.
3. Enter the new email address carefully and make sure the required name field is filled in.
4. Wait for Saved Automatically before leaving the page.

Use an email address you can access. An address already associated with another account may be rejected.

Apple, Google or an address you cannot access

If you signed in with Apple or Google, continue using that sign-in method. Apple may have supplied a private relay address. If a change fails, reverts, or you cannot find your event after signing in, contact support@eventlive.pro with your current email and event details. Support will help check the account and recovery options; do not create a second account just to change an email.

If you use email and password but forgot the password, reset your password. If you cannot remember which account you used, include your name and event link when contacting support.
