EventLive White Label Service Availability

Business accounts can personalize event pages with their business name and logo. Branding can also appear in guest notification emails.

Add branding

1. Sign in to your business account in the EventLive app or Broadcaster Console.
2. Open your profile, enter the business name and upload your logo.
3. Save and check an event page.

Add Branding to an Individual Event

1. Open the event in the EventLive app or Broadcaster Console.
2. Choose the Event Branding tab.
3. Enter the company or organization name you want to show for this event, and add its website if needed.
4. Upload a PNG or JPG logo. Horizontal logos work best; check that the logo is readable against the page background.
5. Save your changes and open the event page to check the result.

This logo applies to that event rather than changing your profile’s default logo for other events. An event’s own branding takes precedence over profile branding.

Existing events

Events using profile branding can show the new logo without being recreated. Event-specific branding takes precedence, so check the event’s settings if a profile change does not appear.

Guest emails use the available event/profile branding; already-sent emails do not change.

Troubleshooting and custom requirements

Confirm the upload saved, refresh and check event overrides. Contact support@eventlive.pro with the event link for help.

For a custom domain, branded app or enterprise arrangement, contact support to discuss availability. Event-page branding and a separately branded application are different services.
