To have a smooth live streaming experience with EventLive, it’s important to check your internet connection before your event. Follow these steps to make sure your connection is ready.

Step 1: Check Your Upload Speed

1. Use your phone or computer at the event location.
2. Connect to the same WiFi or mobile network you will use for streaming.
3. Go to a speed test website (like speedtest.net) our use EventLive app.
4. Run the test and look for the upload speed result.
5. If you are using EventLive app to test, look for "Good Signal" at the top left corner of the screen.

Important:\

• We recommend at least 3 Mbps upload speed for live streaming.\
• If your upload speed is lower than 3 Mbps, try a different network (like another WiFi or 4G/5G).
