Event Link Not Working

If an event link will not open, start with the exact address supplied by the host.

1. Copy and paste the full link into your browser. Avoid retyping it.
2. Keep the event name, numbers and dashes unchanged. Ask the host to resend the correct link if you think it contains a mistake.
3. If the host changed the event link, request the new one; the old link will no longer open that event.
4. If the page is blank, refresh it, check your connection and try a current browser. A blank page is not the usual waiting screen.

Before the event starts, a working page may show a cover, countdown or intro video. If the host has hidden the event, they will need to make it available again.

Guests do not need a broadcaster account or the EventLive app to watch. Depending on the host’s settings, they may need a password, an invited email address, their name and email, or a ticket. Contact the host if you do not have the required access details.

For privacy, EventLive cannot give you a private event link or password. Contact the host if you have not received those details.
