# YouthStream: Plans, prices, restoring and refunds

YouthStream is free to try: without a subscription, each stream stops after 5 minutes. A subscription gives you unlimited streams of any length, plus the RTMP stream key.

## Plans and prices

In the US App Store:

| Plan | Price |

| Weekly | $29 a week |
| Monthly | $59 a month |
| Annual | $299 a year |

In other countries Apple charges its local price, and the app shows it in your currency. Subscribe on the **Get Unlimited** screen, which you'll find in **Profile** or after a stream. Apple bills your Apple ID, and the subscription renews until you cancel it.

## Paid but still limited to 5 minutes

1. Make sure you're signed in to the YouthStream account you subscribed with. Co-admins: switch to the team's account.
2. Open **Get Unlimited** and tap **Restore purchases**.

Still limited? Open **Profile → Support Chat** in the app and we'll look into it.

## Cancel or change your plan

Apple bills the subscription, and it's listed as "EventLive Junior" in your Apple subscriptions. On the iPhone signed in to the Apple ID that pays, go to **Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions**. Deleting your YouthStream account doesn't cancel it.

## Refunds

Apple decides refunds for App Store purchases:

1. Go to [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com) and sign in with the Apple ID you used.
2. Choose **Request a refund**.
3. Pick the subscription.
