## Review your offer

Sign in to the [Broadcaster Console](https://broadcaster.eventlive.pro/) and open plan/subscription options. Check billing period, price, currency and terms before subscribing. You can also consult the [pricing page](https://www.eventlive.pro/pricing).

Subscription access is different from event credits. It does not mean an unlimited balance of transferable credits or permanent recording storage.

## If the plan is missing

1. Check that you are in the intended EventLive account.
2. Refresh after purchase.
3. Contact [support@eventlive.pro](mailto:support@eventlive.pro) with the account email and purchase reference. Mention any different checkout email.

Ask before paying again and never send full card details.

## Large or unusual events

Ask support to confirm applicable viewer-hour allowances and additional charges for a large audience or unusual schedule before committing.
