If your event offers **This Browser (Beta)**, you can use it to broadcast from a supported browser without opening the mobile broadcasting app.

## Get ready

1. Open your event on the device you will broadcast from.
2. Choose **How to Go Live → This Browser (Beta)**.
3. Allow camera and microphone access, then select the intended devices.
4. Check the preview and audio. Rehearse with a free test before using the real event.

## Sharing a screen

Use the available screen-share control and choose only the screen, window or tab you want viewers to see. Close private content and notifications first. If the browser offers an audio-sharing option, select it when needed and check the sound from another viewing device; screen sharing does not always include system audio.

## While broadcasting

Keep the broadcasting tab open and the device awake. Check the live status and use a second device with headphones to monitor the viewer experience. Do not assume a local backup file is being saved.

## If the option or a device is unavailable

Check browser permissions and whether another app is using the camera or microphone. If browser streaming is unavailable, use the EventLive mobile app or a compatible RTMP encoder. Contact support with your browser, device and event link if you need help.
