Import a CSV to prepare invitations for several guests at once.

## Prepare the file

Use an **Email** column and, optionally, a **Name** column. Put one guest on each row and save as CSV. These simple headers are recommended; capitalization and punctuation in the email header are normalized, so `email` and `E-mail` also work.

## Import and send

1. Open your event and choose **Guest List & Invite**.
2. Choose **Invite by Email**, then **Import**.
3. Select the CSV and review the imported guest list. Remove unwanted rows and check the email addresses.
4. Press **Invite All** to send the invitations. Selecting a file alone does not send them.

## If the import does not look right

- Keep the first row for column headers and use a single Name column for each guest’s full name.
- Remove blank rows before the header and check for missing or mistyped emails.
- Make sure the file is CSV, not an Excel workbook renamed with a CSV extension.
- Refresh or try another current browser if the picker does not respond.
