# How to View the List of Guests Who Opted In for Reminders or Signed the Guestbook

Open your event’s **Guest List** to review guests whose details are associated with it. This includes people you invited, people who registered for reminders or access, and guests who supplied details through the guestbook.

## A name on the list does not always mean they watched

A guest can appear as invited before visiting. Where available, status labels distinguish a page visit, joining live and watching a replay. Use these labels rather than treating every listed email as an attendee.

## Why the viewer total is different

Viewers who do not supply identifiable details can contribute to aggregate viewing statistics without appearing as a named guest. The guest list and viewer statistics answer different questions.

## Collect details for a future event

Before the event, open Privacy Settings and enable **Require guests to enter their name and email to attend** if appropriate. This does not retroactively identify anonymous viewers from an earlier event. Ticketed and invite-only events have their own entry requirements.
