# How to Share Event Links with Guests Without Email Addresses

You can share an EventLive guest link without collecting everyone’s email first.

1. Open your event and copy its guest viewing link.
2. Paste the full link into a text, WhatsApp message, Messenger conversation, personal email, social post or printed invitation.
3. Tell guests to open that link in their browser when they want to watch.

Guests do not need a broadcaster account or the EventLive app to watch. Depending on the host’s settings, they may need a password, an invited email address, their name and email, or a ticket. Contact the host if you do not have the required access details.

For an ordinary link-access event, the Guest List is optional. For invite-only events, guests must use an invited email address.

## Keep the link unchanged

Copy the entire address. If you later change the event link, the old address stops working and you must send the new one. You can write your own message or use an invitation service; include the EventLive guest link in it.
