EventLive provides viewer statistics and a guest list. These answer different questions: viewer counts are not a complete named attendance list, and registration or invitation does not prove someone watched.

## View statistics

1. Open the event in the [EventLive app](https://eventlive.app.link/get) or [Broadcaster Console](https://broadcaster.eventlive.pro/).
2. Choose analytics or **Download & View Stats** when available.

Available summaries include live and replay viewing counts. Counts reflect devices or recorded activity, not an exact headcount: several people watching together may count as one device.

## Detailed and older statistics

The current detailed view is intended for events from May 20, 2025 onward. Older events may show a simpler summary. Missing details do not by themselves mean a business account is required.

Post-event controls depend on status and availability, not a fixed 24-hour delay. Refresh and contact [support@eventlive.pro](mailto:support@eventlive.pro) with the event link if expected statistics are missing.

## See guests who supplied details

1. Open the [EventLive app](https://eventlive.app.link/get) or sign in to the [Broadcaster Console](https://broadcaster.eventlive.pro/).
2. Tap or click your event.
3. Choose the **Guest List & Invite** tab.
4. You will see the full guest list for that event.

Open **Guest List & Invite**. Guests can appear because they were invited, requested reminders, signed the guestbook, purchased access or entered an event requiring a name and email.

To collect details before entry, enable the relevant option in **Privacy Settings**. Anonymous viewers cannot be identified from the total count.

## Interpret the information

- An invitation or registration is not proof of attendance.
- A named guest does not identify everyone sharing their screen.
- Enabling email collection later does not identify earlier anonymous viewers.

If you need a specific attendance report, ask support what is available before relying on it as a formal record.
