### If You Purchased Through the App Store (iOS)

Apple manages all refunds for purchases made through the App Store. To request a refund:

1. Go to [Apple’s refund request page](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084).
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Find your EventLive purchase.
4. Click **Report a Problem** and follow the instructions to request a refund.

### If You Purchased Through Google Play (Android)

For purchases made via Google Play Store, please reach out to support@eventlive.pro with your event / purchase details and we will process the refund as soon as we can.

### If You Purchased Directly from EventLive

Please contact our support team with your order details.
