If a paid event will not be used, you may be able to return event credits to your account. Account credit and a money refund are different.

## Automatic credit return

This applies to an eligible published, paid event that is still upcoming, is not a test event and was not created using a subscription. Multi-day events can return credits associated with their days.

1. Open the correct event in the [EventLive app](https://eventlive.app.link/get) or [Broadcaster Console](https://broadcaster.eventlive.pro/).
2. If you only need another date, consider rescheduling instead.
3. To cancel, choose delete/trash and read the confirmation carefully.
4. Check your credit balance afterward before creating another paid event.

Do not delete an event containing recordings you want to keep simply to try to obtain credits.

## If it has started or no credit appears

Contact [support@eventlive.pro](mailto:support@eventlive.pro) with the event link, account email and what happened. Used, test and subscription-covered events do not qualify for the same automatic return.

## Money refunds

Follow [How to Request a Refund](https://www.eventlive.pro/help/how-to-request-a-refund) to request a refund. Deleting an event does not automatically refund your payment card; the purchase method and review apply.
