If footage is missing, keep any copies you have and check the online video and broadcasting device before replacing or deleting anything.

## Look for a local recording

A recording from the native EventLive app may contain footage that did not reach the livestream, but local recording is not guaranteed if storage or recording failed. Check the device’s photo/video library. For OBS or another encoder, check that software’s saved recording.

See [How to Access and Download Livestream Recording After the Event](https://www.eventlive.pro/help/how-to-access-and-download-livestream-recording-after-the-event) for backup and download guidance.

## Check later uploads

In **Manage Video**, review the video sections. Uploads can be added at the beginning/end, inserted between sections where offered, or used to replace all video. An upload does not always replace the original.

If you used **Replace All Video**, earlier footage may no longer be in the replay. Preserve original files before further changes.

## Ask for help

Send [support@eventlive.pro](mailto:support@eventlive.pro) the event link, approximate missing time, device and any upload/replacement/deletion details. Support can check what is available, but recovery is not guaranteed.
