Your recordings are yours. With a business account you can download any of them, any time, free: give a family or a couple their video, deliver the files to a client, or keep your own archive. Everything is on one page, **Download everything**, together with your account's guest lists, guestbooks, viewer counts and sales.

## Open Download everything

1. Sign in to the [EventLive app](https://eventlive.app.link/get) or the [Broadcaster Console](https://broadcaster.eventlive.pro/) with your business account.
2. Open your profile and select **Download Everything**.
3. Find the recording, by scrolling or by searching for its title, place or date, and select **Download**.

Your newest recordings come first. The page shows 25 at a time; select **Show more** for the next ones.

## What each download contains

Each recording downloads as one MP4 file, named after the event:

- every live session of the event and every video you uploaded to it, joined in the order they happened, so a stream that dropped and reconnected comes down as one video;
- the best quality we keep for that recording, up to 1080p.

Each room of a multi-room event is its own recording with its own **Download**.

Long recordings are big files: a two-hour stream can be several gigabytes. A computer on Wi-Fi is the quickest way to download them. On a phone or tablet, the download opens in your browser, which saves the file (on iPhone and iPad, in Files › Downloads).

## If a recording says Preparing…

When a recording hasn't been downloaded before, or its video changed since (for example, you uploaded another part), we first join it into one file. The row shows **Preparing…** and checks by itself. This usually takes a few minutes, longer for long recordings.

You can leave the page while you wait. When you come back on the same device, it carries on checking. When the file is ready, the row says **Ready to download** with its size: select **Download** to save it.

Up to three recordings can be prepared at the same time. Download one of them, then start the next.

## Download your data

Under **Your data**, each file is a spreadsheet (CSV) that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Each one covers every event in your account:

- **Event details:** the title, date and time, time zone, place, event link, status, privacy and settings of every event.
- **Guests and registrations:** each guest's name and email, how they joined (invitation, registration or the event link), when they registered, whether they watched live or the replay, whether they unsubscribed from emails, and any ticket or video download they bought.
- **Guestbook messages:** every message with its event, name, time, a link to the photo and any donation.
- **Viewer counts:** how many people watched each recording live, watched the replay, and in total.
- **Sales and donations:** the tickets, replays and video downloads sold, with the buyer, amount, currency and Stripe checkout, plus the donations shown in your guestbooks.

Each recording with guestbook messages also has a **Guestbook PDF** link: the same printable guestbook as on the event's download page.

Guest lists and guestbooks contain your guests' names, emails and messages. Keep the files somewhere safe and delete them when you no longer need them.

## Archived recordings and tests

A recording in the **Secure Archive** can't be downloaded. Its row offers two choices:

- **Restore** brings the event back online for a fee, the same restore as on your events list. Once it's restored, download it here as usual.
- **Delete** deletes the event and its recording for good.

Download links you shared earlier, including links in emails, stop working once an event is archived.

Test recordings aren't included. Tests are for checking your setup, not for keeping.

## Don't see Download everything?

Download everything is part of business accounts. On a personal account, download each event's video from the event itself: see [How to Access and Download Livestream Recording After the Event](https://www.eventlive.pro/help/how-to-access-and-download-livestream-recording-after-the-event). To switch, see [How To Switch from a Personal Account to a Business Account](https://www.eventlive.pro/help/how-to-switch-from-a-personal-account-to-a-business-account).
