# How To Change the Email Address Associated with Your Account

You can update your account email from your profile. Keep using the same sign-in method you originally used while making the change.

1. Sign in to the EventLive app or [Broadcaster Console](https://broadcaster.eventlive.pro/).
2. Open your profile and select **Update Profile**.
3. Enter the new email address carefully and make sure the required name field is filled in.
4. Wait for **Saved Automatically** before leaving the page.

Use an email address you can access. An address already associated with another account may be rejected.

## Apple, Google or an address you cannot access

If you signed in with Apple or Google, continue using that sign-in method. Apple may have supplied a private relay address. If a change fails, reverts, or you cannot find your event after signing in, contact [support@eventlive.pro](mailto:support@eventlive.pro) with your current email and event details. Support will help check the account and recovery options; do not create a second account just to change an email.
