# How to Change Event Privacy Settings

Open your event and choose **Privacy Settings** to control guest access and playback.

## Who can enter?

- **Anyone with the link can watch:** share the guest event link.
- **Password protected:** choose a password and share it privately with guests. Anyone given that password can pass it on.
- **Invite-Only:** add guests to the Guest List by email. Only one device per invited email can watch at a time.
- **Require guests to enter their name and email to attend:** collect details before entry for an ordinary link-access event.

For a pay-per-view event, this area shows **Manage ticket settings** instead of the ordinary access selector. Review ticket access there.

## Replay and download

- **Live-Only (no replay, no rewind):** guests can watch live without replay or rewind. This does not delete the host’s recording.
- **Show download link to guests:** makes the available download link visible to guests. Keep it off if you do not want to offer guest downloads.
- **Hide viewer counter:** hides the viewer count on the event page.

## Temporarily hide the event

Use **Un-publish** to make the event unavailable to guests. Review settings before publishing it again. Hiding an event, changing access and deleting a recording are separate actions.
