# How To Add Guests to the Guest List and Send Reminders

Use the Guest List to send email invitations and keep track of guests who register for your event.

## Invite guests individually

1. Open your event in the app or [Broadcaster Console](https://broadcaster.eventlive.pro/).
2. Select **Guest List & Invite**, then **Invite by Email**.
3. Enter the guest’s name and email, check the details and send the invitation.

## Invite a group

Prepare a CSV with Email and optional Name columns. Import it, review the preview and select **Invite All**. Follow [the CSV import guide](https://www.eventlive.pro/help/importing-a-csv-file-for-event-invitations-and-troubleshooting-import-issues) for the full steps.

## Reminders and access

Invited guests receive automatic event notifications unless they unsubscribe; see [the reminder schedule and restart rules](https://www.eventlive.pro/help/when-are-reminder-emails-sent-to-guests). Guests can also sign up from the event page using Get Notified. Do not add the same guest again just to enable reminders.

Guests do not need a broadcaster account or the EventLive app to watch. Depending on the host’s settings, they may need a password, an invited email address, their name and email, or a ticket. Contact the host if you do not have the required access details.

For an ordinary link-access event, you can share the link by text or messaging app without using the Guest List. For an invite-only event, add guests using the email they will use to enter.

## If an invitation is missing

Check the email address and spam folder. If you imported a CSV, confirm that you pressed Invite All after reviewing it.
