## Choose a purchase

- **Personal events:** create an event and review event/storage choices at checkout.
- **Business events:** your account may offer single events, credit packs or a subscription.
- **Existing accounts:** an existing pricing arrangement may apply. Use your signed-in checkout rather than assuming a new-account offer applies.

App and website offers can differ. Check the final amount, currency and included options before paying.

## What’s Included in an Event?

- Access to EventLive to broadcast your event using your phone or another compatible setup.
- A unique event page link to share with guests.
- The ability to pause and resume within your scheduled event window.
- Online support from the EventLive team.
- Replay and download options, subject to your selected storage period and event settings.

You provide your own device or equipment and anyone operating it. EventLive does not provide an in-person camera operator with a standard event purchase.

## Subscriptions for Regular Streaming

If you broadcast regularly, review the monthly or yearly Unlimited subscription in your account alongside single events and credit packs. It covers events during the active subscription period. Check the current price and included terms before purchasing.

## One event or several days?

A multi-day event can use the same link across consecutive days. Self-service setup offers up to seven days. Choose and cover the required days before the event starts; contact support for longer requirements.

The broadcasting window follows the scheduled start and selected days. Starting late does not create a fresh 24 hours, and pausing does not extend the window.

## Viewer Limits

Personal events have no hard viewer limit. Business events have a **soft limit of 5,000 viewer hours per event**. For example, 2,500 viewers watching for two hours use 5,000 viewer hours.

Going over the soft limit does not automatically stop your stream, but an additional payment may apply. Contact support in advance if you expect to exceed it or expect an audience of thousands.

## Purchase

1. Create the event in the [EventLive app](https://eventlive.app.link/get) or [Broadcaster Console](https://broadcaster.eventlive.pro/).
2. Check its schedule, time zone, days and storage.
3. Choose **Publish** and complete payment if required.
4. Confirm it is unlocked. Existing credits or an active subscription may already cover it.

You can try a free test first. You arrange your own equipment and anyone operating it.
