Your EventLive link lets you and your guests return to the same page to watch the replay after the livestream, as long as replay is enabled and the recording is available. The online storage period depends on the option purchased for your event and any extensions. You can check the expiry date in your account.

## Can I Share the Link After the Event?

- Yes! For an event with open access, you can share the same livestream link with anyone who missed it.
- The replay appears at that same link once it is available. You do not need to create a new link.
- For private or ticketed events, guests still need their own eligible invitation or ticket. Do not share a personal ticket or access link.

## Troubleshooting: If Your Link Isn’t Working

- Check whether the event has been unpublished or deleted in your account settings.
- Check the event’s expiry date and whether replay has been turned off with Live Only.
- If you are not the event owner, ask the organizer whether the recording is still available.
- For a private or ticketed event, use the email linked to your invitation or purchase. A single-day ticket may have a shorter access window than the event’s storage period.

- Download your livestream video while it is available and you have download access. Once saved, the file is yours to keep.
